INDIVIDUAL WORKOUTS

Do you want more added to your overall basketball skill set? 


Our Individual training gives players a chance to receive the one-on-one attention needed to maximize their full potential. Our staff pays close attention to detail and focuses on the correct fundamentals to help develop all player's skill levels. 


We develop a plan to help all players improve and gain knowledge in the essential fundamentals, including ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and conditioning.


Also, you can tell us what skill you want to work on, specifically typically scheduled two days per week or all week with coach Chris or any of our certified staff trainers. 


Our Private workouts are five sessions for 50 minutes.
