UNIQUE HOOPS POLICIES 2024

EQUIPMENT

We strongly encourage all players to bring their own basketballs for health reasons and to prevent theft. However, we do have basketballs available for borrowing.

PARENT SIT-INS

Parents are permitted to sit in the parent lobby only. Please be considerate of other guests by refraining from standing in front of our windows. Additionally, our lobby contains valuable and memorable items, so we kindly request that children refrain from playing in this area.

MAKEUP DAYS:

Kindly review your family's schedule and identify any potential scheduling conflicts. Unfortunately, we do not provide makeup days for missed workouts.

REFUNDS:

In the event of an injury at the beginning of your selected program after registration, a credit will be issued to parents for a future program. These credits are valid for one year from the date of the canceled session.

COMMUNICATION:

Email serves as our primary mode of communication with all parents. It is crucial to regularly check your email to stay informed about all updates.

ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN PROTOCOL:

For the safety and supervision of all participants, parents must accompany their children into the facility; no exceptions will be made. In the event a player arrives without a parent, they will be guided to wait in the designated parent lobby. Please be aware that all participants, irrespective of age, are required to use the main front door for both entry and exit.

LATE FEE CHARGE (No Exceptions):

If you anticipate being late for a session, we strongly encourage you to notify us in advance whenever possible. While this won't exempt you from the late fee, it enables us to make necessary adjustments and offer support. A $10 Late Fee will be applied to all parents for any delays occurring after the designated program has ended. Late fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

CLOSINGS

We will always notify parents via email in advance of any closures due to inclement weather, etc.

GYM ATTIRE:

We kindly request all participants to come dressed appropriately for basketball activities. This entails wearing a T-shirt, shorts, and basketball sneakers. Your attention to adhering to this dress code is greatly appreciated.

PARENTS' CODE OF CONDUCT:

We strictly prohibit hostile, rude, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior by parents/guardians. Failure to adhere to our code of conduct will lead to the termination of the participant from the selected basketball program. No refunds will be provided to parents who violate our Parents Code of Conduct.

PRECAUTIONS:

We consistently clean equipment and basketballs after each basketball session.

DO NOT COME:

If you are at a higher risk of serious illness, you must wait until symptoms clear before returning to workouts.

We appreciate your support and understanding of our policies, and we look forward to providing your child with one of the best basketball experiences.
