Monthly Membership Agreement

By enrolling in a Unique Hoops Basketball Workouts Monthly Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• This membership is billed monthly at the selected plan rate.
• The monthly fee will be automatically charged each month unless updated or canceled.
• Membership plans may be upgraded or downgraded at any time by submitting a request via email.
• To cancel a membership, parents must send a cancellation request to info@uniquehoops.com.
• Cancellations or plan changes must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
• No refunds will be issued for charges already processed.
• Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period once payment has been made.
