Monthly Membership Agreement
By enrolling in a Unique Hoops Basketball Workouts Monthly Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
This membership is billed monthly at the selected plan rate.
The monthly fee will be automatically charged each month unless updated or canceled.
Membership plans may be upgraded or downgraded at any time by submitting a request via email.
To cancel a membership, parents must send a cancellation request to info@uniquehoops.com.
Cancellations or plan changes must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
No refunds will be issued for charges already processed.
Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period once payment has been made.
