Unique Hoops Sunday Workouts are about improving the skills and fundamentals of players ages seven and up in a more personalized setting that can be adjusted according to the level of the participants involved.
All of our staff have collegiate level development experience or higher. This wealth of experience and knowledge offers players a unique and comprehensive perspective. We provide the perfect mix of fun and excitement in a competitive environment. We want all players to be challenged so they can reach their full potential on and off the court. Our Small Group Workouts are designed to push the student-athlete to their highest level. The workouts are for four weeks and 60 minutes will be geared toward the overall development of players.
