PARENTS CODE OF CONDUCT
We do not tolerate hostile, rude, disruptive or inappropriate behavior by parents / guardians. Failure to obey our code of conduct will result in a termination of participant in the selected basketball program. There will be NO REFUNDS given to any parents who violate our Parents Code of Conduct.
It's very important to check your email to keep up with all of our changes, updates and closings. We use email as our primary way to communicate with all parents
MAKE UP DAYS
Please review your family schedule and any other scheduling conflicts you may have. We do not offer make-up days due to participants missing workouts – NO EXCEPTIONS.
We follow the Youth Development Center fiscal calendar year for all of our closings.
VIDEO / CAMERA POLICY
We understand that you may want to capture your child on video to see and maybe look back on what they did during our training, but we ask that you do not record any videos of our workouts. We use our own media and we need to make sure we're protecting the images of our participants.
Please make sure all participants are dressed to play basketball - shorts, T Shirt (appropriate) and basketball sneakers are a must.
