Coach Rhone has trained hundred of student-athletes in multiple communities. He values the integrity and discipline that the game of basketball can teach young people. Our Preseason workouts break down the nuances of the game while employing basketball drills. All players improve their overall skill levels. Preseason workouts are for 4 weeks and 60 minutes will be geared toward the development of all players.
